About the Job
EBS Manufacturing Consultant is responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on EBS Manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with WIP, BOM, Costing, Engineering, Inventory, Quality, WMS, and MRP/MPS modules
- Maintaining basic knowledge of SCM module
- Fostering flexibility in working with offshore, onsite, and remote resources
- Establishing sound communication channels
- Providing support in various processes
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Knowledge of planning modules like ASCP is an advantage
- Delivering on-site customer-facing experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working on MFG modules
- Strong technical skills and expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
