About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Mailroom Quality Assurance Associate to join our team at Global Channel Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of experience working with teams in a collaborative environment and possess excellent communications skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but an advanced degree is desired.
You will be responsible for providing critical information for audits and reviews/analyzing data and documentation. You will maintain all required documentation to meet security compliance standards and audit control standards.
In this role, you will perform and document monthly user reviews for associates' access, both data and physical, and additional security requirements to meet control objectives. You will work closely with Operations and identify key activities within and between the functions of the organization.
You will also be responsible for monitoring all aspects of required Corporate directed training to ensure completion target dates are met and meets targets for all other duties as assigned.
