Production Control Admin requires :

  • Data Entry
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Basic problem solving

Production Control Admin duties :

  • Review and update stock levels from manufacturing deviation reports
  • Ensure transactions are accurate and complete without system holds
  • Analyze receipts reports to physical receipt paperwork to validate accurate daily receipts
  • Partner with Inventory Manager to understand causes of negative on hand balances and ensure zero negative system balances
  • Execute tactical transactions as needed at the direction of the
  • Materials Manager to ensure accurate and compliant completion of manufacturing orders
  • Execute timely transactions to transfer materials to their next required operation as needed
