Qualifications
Demonstrates working knowledge in job-related functional areas and of the business.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
8 years of experience with strong Web testing and automation skills.
Must have Selenium experience.
The position will require working with the manual testing team as well as the development team to do parallel automation.
Should have strong communication skills.
Automation development follows Test Driven Development methodology.
Should be well versed with test case identification and writing test scripts.
Experience in Agile / Sprint-driven development is a plus.
The position also requires supporting multiple production releases.
Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure.
The position will support manual testing as well when needed and needs to be familiar with writing test cases and user acceptance criteria based on user stories.
Mobile app testing and device testing is a plus.
Experience with Test Driven Development methodology is a plus.
