Verify 6000-7000 jobs a month for accuracy in addition to revisions, rebooks, closeouts and cancellations.
Receive source documents via email, fax, overnight, WebPages and project coordinators.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with sales guidelines.
Perform necessary steps in order to ensure correct input into the ADMIN system.
Maintain files containing approvals for specific customer guidelines.
Interact and obtain special approvals on orders not meeting established guidelines.
Enter primary customer information into database to assist the team during peak times.
Assist the Cash department in the application of checks, and the research of order entry issues as needed.
