Customer Care Call Center needs 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
Customer Care Call Center requires :
- Ø Five days a week Monday - Friday. Eight (8) hour shifts between the hours of 7 : 55 AM 5 : 00 PM. Overtime may be required.
- Ø High School diploma or GED
A minimum of 1 year in telephone customer service or related experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
