IT Project Manager needs strong IT Project Management skills with 5-7 years of experience
IT Project Manager requires :
Experience with agile methodologies
Experience organize work in Jira and running Jira reports to track progress
Experience managing IT system deployment projects, particularly mobile applications
IT Project Manager duties :
Capture and communicate project key meeting agendas (1-2d prior), meeting minutes, action items and decisions (1-2d after) to project team and meeting attendees
Develop and implement team communication plans
Create and manage a relationship diagram
Update and manage budget visual and scope of work document
Manage workstream priorities
Develop strong partnerships with internal and external key functional leads to enable effective communication surrounding project status
Partner with functional leads and finance to manage budget and monitor variances monthly by capturing variance explanations in a monthly report
Create a monthly status report on project status
Document and lead change management for project timelines and budget
Partner with other PMs to manage an integrated schedule
Capture and track key risks to the plan
Track mitigation and contingency efforts in regards to risk management
Facilitate risk management conversations with core team
Manage SharePoint and Teams sites
Maintain documents stored within SharePoint / Teams and follow record retention requirements
Manage and maintain milestone dates, confidence levels, and shifts
Organize and maintain external-facing SharePoint sites, including Intellectual Property considerations
Partner with COO to onboard new project team members
Develop, execute, and maintain timelines in a project management tool
Lead and facilitate scenario planning
Execute and facilitate updates to the detailed plan live
Identify changes to development plans that impact timeline (risks and optimization)
Identify and recognize project changes that impact scope (new or revised)
Create and manage key meeting agendas
