- Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development
- software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate.
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions.
