- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or related relevant experience
- Required Skill sets : AT&T VoIP, Zoom Phone and Avaya VOIP and ACD, Call Routing, Voice network support services : QoS, DHCP, DNS, 802.1x, SIP / CTI integration to 3rd party systems IPC Networking Sevices, Oracle SBC, AudioCodes SBC, carrier VoIP and IP Toll Free configuration and troubleshooting
