Requirements
- Industry Experience: 5 years of direct experience working for a private jet brokerage (not an operator).
- Sales Leadership: Proven track record in managing and leading a sales team.
- CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage team activities and sales processes.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Performance Under Pressure: Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Self-Motivation: Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the Miami-based sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee US charter operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Create, manage, and maintain client relationships to ensure Global Charter is the preferred supplier.
- CRM Activities: Ensure the sales team utilizes the CRM system effectively to track activities, manage leads, and close deals.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the US operations, working closely with senior leadership.
