Job Description
Position Overview : We are seeking a proficient Lawson System Administrator with expertise in Version 10 to manage user access and maintain system integrity within our single-tenant environment. This part-time role primarily involves adding new users to the system and ensuring seamless operation across various modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Add and configure new users in the Lawson system, ensuring appropriate access levels and security protocols are maintained.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain a general understanding of Lawson's various modules to support user needs and system integration.
- Implement and uphold security measures to protect sensitive data within the system.
- Maintain accurate records of user configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting steps.
