Sales :

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the biotech, life sciences, and medical device sectors.
  • Use LinkedIn and other social platforms to drive awareness, generate leads, and position GCP as a thought leader.
  • Review of industry events, conferences, and webinars to strengthen GCP's market presence.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute strategic insights to leadership.

Collaboration & Client Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improved client engagement.
  • Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and upselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Implement systems (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to track and optimize sales performance.
  • Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically in the biotech, life science, or medical device sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network within the biotech, life sciences, or medical device industries.
  • Expertise in building and executing branding strategies to resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content-creation skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
