Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans for students with diverse learning needs.
Provide direct instruction and support to students in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.
Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and instructional strategies to meet students' unique learning needs.
Utilize data-driven assessments to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students with learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, or other exceptional needs.
Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff to discuss student progress and strategies for continued success.
Maintain accurate records, including IEP documentation, progress reports, and behavioral data.
