Description
Beso Del Sol Resort is a charming boutique property seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Guest Services Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests experience the highest standard of hospitality, whether staying for a night or a week. The position involves working directly with guests, providing excellent service, and coordinating with other departments to maintain our resort's high standards.
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Every Other Saturday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and friendliness, in person and over the phone, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest service standards are met and room occupancy is optimized.
- Handle guest issues, providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote a positive team environment through effective communication with guests and staff.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management, or at least 1 year of front desk hotel experience.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic social media skills.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
