What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookeeper position at Global Consulting?
We are searching for an experienced Bookkeeper with Quickbook desk top and Quickbook online experience. Successful candidate will work out of our Newport DE office. The position will be responsible for supporting a variety of office and accounting functions. This is a part -time, flexible position for a professional who enjoys numbers and problem solving. Must be Quickbooks Savvy! Experience in engineering, construction, medical related field a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- QuickBooks Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Payroll through Q/B
- Provide accounting and financial reporting support
- Assist in month-end close process
- Assist with year-end close process
Software Experience Desired: Must have Quickbooks experience, Microsoft Office Products , SAP a plus Must have experience in computer network systems and electronic file storage.
20 hours per week, flexible schedule. Must be trustworthy and detail oriented.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
