- Employ shop procedures effectively, maintaining integrity in updates, signatures, and labeling, while addressing non-conformance.
- Ensure each work order is accompanied by an accurate router.
- Measure parts meticulously and complete in-process inspections, notifying supervision about any inconsistencies.
- Provide support to your team leader whenever necessary.
- Oversee machine operations to detect and report malfunctions or machining errors.
- Meet production standard times and report any difficulties in achieving them to leads or supervisors.
- Keep machines and the workspace in pristine condition, sustaining operational and cleanliness standards.
- Strictly follow company procedures and industry "best machine practices."
- Comply with all applicable regulations related to workplace safety and environmental protocols.
- Exhibit flexibility by performing additional duties as needed.
- Bring in significant experience of 2 to 4 years in CNC Lathe or Mill operations.
- Be adept in utilizing ERP systems for job data entry.
