- Inspection Expertise: Conduct thorough part measurements and in-process inspections, notifying supervisors of any discrepancies.
- Assistance Beyond Duty: Support the Lead with necessary tasks.
- Operational Oversight: Start and observe machine operations, addressing any deviations or malfunctions of concern.
- Time Management: Achieve consistent standard times, communicating any timing challenges to leadership.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the highest cleanliness standards for machines and workspaces.
- Adherence to Protocol: Uphold and follow company procedures and industry-best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policy, and safe work practices.

- Experience Required: Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in CNC Lathe or Mill operations.
