This is a Supervisory Position
Functions Supervised: Maintenance Systems, Staff and Services
Primary Functions: Oversee and perform tasks needed to execute corrective and preventative maintenance for credit union facilities, provide support for facilities projects, and provide mail and distribution support services as regional needs dictate.

Qualifications
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not Applicable
Experience/Skills: Three years of experience in property management or five years as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist as a project lead. Must have a working knowledge of building systems, be able to solve problems and work independently: and to communicate with and relate to people. Basic typing skills and general computer experience is required. This position requires a valid driver license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment physical, pre-employment and random drug testing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Compensation
Salary Pay Range:
- Regional Maintenance Supervisor I (Category 10): $57,484 - $90,825 annually
- Regional Maintenance Supervisor II (Category 09): $63,233 - $101,804 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above. This position is eligible for on-call earnings and for a uniform allowance.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
