JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE : Dispatcher
REPORTS TO : Manager of OCC

Our Fleet currently has nineteen (19) stunning AIRBUS A320 / 1 aircraft and is expected to have twenty-five planes by December of 2025. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Prepare the Dispatch Release for each flight between specified points as assigned for Domestic / Flag, is jointly responsible with the captain for the operational control of the flight.
- For Supplemental Operations, dispatchers have been delegated the authority to perform the following functions :
Monitor the progress of each flight from place of origin to the place of destination, including intermediate stops and diversions.

This position requires travel for aircraft familiarization flights.
