OBJECTIVE
The Manager of HR Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of policies, procedures, and programs. This role is responsible for managing HR systems, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and employee services while driving process improvements to support organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update company policies to align with regulatory changes.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits promptly.
- Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR operations with business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
