Overview
GDC IT Solutions is seeking a Business Solutions Architect & ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Oshkosh, WI , with 3 days required onsite per week.
Position Overview
This exciting dual role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in advancing the technology landscape. The position is split evenly, with half of the responsibilities focused on acting as an architect across various technology platforms, and the other half dedicated to ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will define the technological direction, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
In this role, you will translate business objectives into actionable strategies, designing and implementing innovative system solutions. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide the Digital Technology solutions necessary to transform their day-to-day activities through purpose-built solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and influence a cross-functional technical team to develop solutions that address complex business challenges across multiple technologies.
- Serve as a key architectural resource with a focus on Digital Supply Chain, Integration, Automation, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies.
- Act as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer, managing bug fixes, optimizing production environments, and ensuring platform efficiency.
- Apply best practices and standards across all technology stacks to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, optimizing and expanding system capabilities to drive organizational adoption.
- Regularly evaluate technical approaches, workflows, and analytical methods, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Perform hands-on development and solution design within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals.
