Position Overview :
We are seeking a knowledgeable network analyst to ensure that our computer network enhances business operations. In this role, your duties will include analyzing network performance, providing network support, and performing system maintenance tasks. To ensure success as a network analyst, you should exhibit extensive experience in configuring networks and providing IT support. Top-class network analysts are experts who uphold high network security standards and strive toward innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, reporting, and monitoring network performance with software tools.
- Providing network support and resolving connectivity issues for hospitals.
- Assisting the Senior network engineers with projects and support.
- Configuring Cisco hardware and software to optimize network communications.
- Setting up LAN and WAN networks, as well as Voice Over IP.
- Managing IP addresses and resolving conflicts.
- Monitoring and maintaining LAN network services including cloud based Wi-Fi, security protocols, and telecom standards.
- Performing system administration tasks and ensuring network security.
- Documenting processes and monitoring network performance metrics.
- Consulting with internal departments and training other IT support staff.
- Staying current with advancements in network technologies and solutions.
