GIS Configuration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented GIS Configuration Engineer to support the implementation and configuration of ESRI s suite of GIS applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both desktop and enterprise-level GIS solutions and be capable of developing, configuring, and publishing GIS web services and applications.

This role will focus on the deployment of ESRI's ArcGIS Enterprise platform and supporting tools to meet the evolving needs of our projects. Candidates should have prior experience working with any State or Federal government agency. Experience with Roads and Highways, FME, and web application development will be considered a strong plus.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.

• Proven track record in configuring and deploying ESRI s Enterprise for ArcGIS platform.

• Strong experience in web application development and web service publishing using ArcGIS Enterprise.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ESRI s ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro tools.

  • Develop and deploy web applications and web services using ESRI s Enterprise for ArcGIS platform.

  • Publish, manage, and maintain GIS web services.

  • Assist in the implementation of linear referencing systems using ESRI Roads and Highways (optional).

  • Automate GIS workflows using FME Form and FME Flow (optional).

  • Integrate VertiGIS Studio solutions into ArcGIS Enterprise deployments (optional).

  • Support development and implementation of HPMS (Highway Performance Monitoring System) and SLD Manager software (optional).

  • Perform GIS scripting and coding for custom solutions and automation using languages like Python, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, R, etc.

• Desirable Skills and Experience (Optional but a Plus):

  • Knowledge of ESRI Roads and Highways Linear Referencing Systems.

  • Experience with Safe Software s FME Enterprise, including FME Form and FME Flow.

  • Exposure to VertiGIS Studio tools and their integration into ESRI environments.

  • Familiarity with HPMS and SLD Manager software deployment and configuration.
