GIS Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced GIS Program Manager to lead and oversee geospatial initiatives leveraging ESRI s Desktop and Enterprise GIS software. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale GIS projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals. Experience in Agile project management and familiarity with public sector processes are considered valuable additions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

< class="" data-start="776" data-end="812">ESRI Suite of GIS Software:

• Proven expertise in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

• Experience managing the deployment, integration, and support of enterprise GIS systems.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of GIS programs and projects

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure ESRI platforms are effectively implemented

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations, and report on progress

  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government regulations

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field

  • 5 10 years of GIS experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role

  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master) is a plus
