Budget Analyst - Journeyman - Secret - Fort Shafter, HI

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Journeyman Budget Analyst for a position at Fort Shafter, HI.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience working with Army or Joint funding in a budget analyst capacity
• 3 years of experience conducting in-depth budget analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power BI
• Experience contributing to the development of organizational spend plans
• Ability to effectively communicate and present financial data to a broad stakeholder audience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience generating budget reports using the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
• Background in managing Army and Joint funding at Echelons Above Brigade level
• Experience supporting Army or Joint exercises within the INDOPACOM Area of Operations
• Working understanding of Fiscal Law and its application
• Experience developing Program Objective Memorandums (POMs)
• Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program (DoDFMCP) Certification
