PositionDescription
The Facility and Asset Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of ongoing operations, maintenance, and repairs of our facilities and dive support equipment in the Alaska Region.
Position Essential Job Functions
- Oversee and coordinate ongoing facility operations.
- Assist in coordinating project mobilization and demobilization coordination, ensuring implementation of active asset tracking.
- Oversee asset work order implementation and tracking. Assign priorities and coordinate completion of work orders and processing.
- Oversee implementation, coordination and execution of company equipment tracking software.
- Leadership and coordination to improve processes for facility organization, asset mobilization, tracking, and maintenance.
- Ensure the facility is in compliance with all regulatory agencies and statutes.
- Responsible for the safety of personnel engaged in facility maintenance support and maintaining a safe working environment in the shop area and reporting all incidents to direct supervisor and Compliance department.
- Schedule service and maintenance work according to priority and ensure that the schedule is adhered to.
- Control inventory of consumables for shop and offshore job support
- Ensure warehouse facility is well kept and in good working order.
- Prepare purchase orders and research best prices on parts or repairs from vendors.
- Maintain all service and repair records for all equipment and vehicles.
- Responsible for issuing purchase orders for the shop and ensuring the flow of supporting paperwork is given to the accounting department.
- Responsible for monitoring, maintaining DOT compliant shipping records, assisting crews with HAZMAT shipping compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Forecast annual capital expense budgetary requirements for equipment and upgrades.
- Maintain facility and all equipment, vehicles, and tools in good working condition, provide supervision and direction for personnel in the warehouse conducting maintenance operations.
- Assist with building maintenance or organizing required maintenance from appropriate venders.
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Load and unload equipment to and from jobs as needed.

Leadership experience in mechanical and shop environment
Knowledge/Skills
- Previous experience working with:
- Diesel and gas engines
- Hydraulics (new builds, trouble shooting and repairs)
- Electrical (AC and DC power supplies and control circuits)
- Quincy Air Compressors
- Pneumatic and hydraulic tools
- Familiarity with computers and MS Office Suite
- Must possess working knowledge of industry requirements for equipment.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, USCG commercial diving regulations
- Must have verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work with a team and independently.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and offer solutions.
- Ability to work any day of the week.
- Available for after-hour emergency response
- Ability to lift 25‐50lbs. Must be able to with stand the following for up to 8‐12 hours per day in all weather conditions (Sun, Rain, Sleet and Snow): stand, walk, push pull, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, climb stairs and ladders; repetitive reaching, repetitive hand use.
- Ability to meet DOT, ADCI, USCG, or HAZMAT Physical & additional fitness ability requirements for the position in which you are filling.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Possess and maintain a valid Passport and TWIC
- Valid and Current First Aid, Basic Life Support, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BLS CPR), automatic External Defibrillator AED training.
- Travel to project sites and regional offices.
- Current GDS mandatory training and other required programs
