Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of document management solutions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in our target industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base in education, legal, government, and medical sectors.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, ensuring long-term client relationships.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns and industry outreach.
- Maintain a deep understanding of document management trends, digital conversion, and compliance requirements in target industries.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring win-win agreements for both the company and clients.
