As we continue to expand across the US, Global-e is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team in the NYC office. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and making appointments, then handing over to our Business Development Managers (BDM) for closing/onboarding them as clients.

Responsibilities:
- Data cleansing, target account qualification and providing optimal qualified information within our Sales CRM System (HubSpot) for data ready engagement.
- Manage data for prospective customers within the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Staying on top of Market Trends and insights
- Driving growth of our North American business through multiple outreach channels
- Analyse customers’ existing cross-border offering to develop a deep understanding of their needs and business.
- Consistently deliver on monthly commitments by achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Provide clients with strategic insights based on their performance and market trends.
- Working collaboratively with our BDMs, as well as cross functional teams such as partnerships & customer success.
- Preferred experience within a Business/Sales Development environment, with full cycle experience a plus
- Experience in working for an innovative and agile tech company, within e-commerce, logistics/supply chain, technical/software sales is a plus
- Prior experience prospecting into different verticals & via multiple channels
- The ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
- Ability to pick up key data from a business and track within CRM.
- Familiarity with Business Development Tech Stack (Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Cognism, etc.)
- Able to manage multiple prospects at a time.
