We are looking for a talented Integration Engineer to join our growing Platforms group. This role offers a unique balance of both technical and customer facing responsibilities as you will be the guide to a variety of brands including top tier ecommerce players during their integration with Global-e.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical leader for onboarding clients and product specialist on e-commerce platform capabilities and requirement definitions
- Take technical ownership during the implementation cycle and meet deadlines for both external clients and internal teams
- Provide on-going education and technical assistance to current partners and onboarding clients
- Assist customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Work closely with development teams to implement new features and specific customer requirements
- Provide ongoing support for Customer Success and Tech Support teams working with live brands
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of software development with a focus on client-side programming
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other client-side technologies
- Knowledge of REST API’s and experience troubleshooting with JSON/XML payloads
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Ability to plan, organizing and utilize skills which ensure successful and timely completion projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
- Previous experience in eCommerce environment is a strong advantage
