Position Overview
Our team is currently looking for a Process Planner and Work Instruction Specialist (3DX Environment - DELMIA, Apriso) for one of our clients .
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Process Planner and Work Instruction Specialist to join our manufacturing and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing work instructions and process plans using Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly DELMIA and Apriso modules. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that production processes are efficient, consistent, and compliant with quality standards.
Responsibilities & Essential Duties
- Process Planning
- Create and optimize process plans for Catia V5 manufacturing operations in the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) environment.
- Use DELMIA Apriso to simulate, validate, and optimize production workflows, ensuring resource efficiency and reduced cycle times.
- Use Apriso for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tasks, enabling real-time tracking and management of production processes.
- Drive efficiency and quality improvements using simulation and analytics tools in DELMIA and Apriso.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to integrate new processes and ensure alignment with design intent.
