Quality Manager – Offshore | NDT | Welding
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Quality Manager with offshore experience, NDT expertise, and a background in welding inspection to join our client's team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time hybrid role with a leading company in the offshore energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Assurance & Control efforts for offshore projects, ensuring compliance with ISO, API, and ASME standards.
- Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) to align with regulatory, industry, and company requirements.
- Manage audits and compliance, serving as the key liaison for external and internal quality assessments.
- Oversee NDT and welding quality inspections, including ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure the highest quality standards across all project phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Offshore industry experience in FPSO, mooring systems, subsea, or EPC projects.
- Strong background in NDT and welding inspection (certifications preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, API, and ASME.
- Proven leadership in managing audits, compliance, and supplier quality programs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
