Position Overview :

The Marketing Ad Campaign and Email Campaign Specialist will play a critical role in our digital marketing initiatives, working to develop, implement, and optimize ad and email campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. This position requires an experienced marketer with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to online advertising and email marketing.

Responsibilities :

Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and sales objectives.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad and email campaigns with our brand and business goals.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and email marketing.

Proficiency in Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A / B testing.

Analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
