About the Role
Global Engineering Talent is seeking an experienced Project Resident Engineer to join the team overseeing the delivery of a state-of-the-art industrial manufacturing facility during the Construction Management Services (CMS) phase. Based on-site in Aurora, Colorado, this role will play a critical part in driving construction activities forward, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and design requirements.
- Perform routine site inspections, identifying and resolving issues to maintain progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Act as a key liaison between the construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all work adheres to specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Manage documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, technical submittals, and change order approvals.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and drive compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety policies.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
