Global Engineering Talent is supporting a major industrial new build project in Aurora, Colorado. We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator / Document Controller to join our client’s team during the CMS phase of this high-profile development.
The Role:
In this contract position, you will be covering for an existing team member who is on extended leave. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the leadership team, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient project workflows. This is an on-site role (5 days per week in Aurora, CO).
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee all aspects of EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
✅ Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting for the leadership team.
✅ Coordinate document control processes, including version management and approvals.
✅ Assist with project administration, including scheduling, reporting, and team support.
✅ Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless communication.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in construction projects – ideally within an EPCM environment.
✔ Strong background in document control and project administration.
✔ Expertise in EDMS platforms and document management best practices.
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
✔ Aurora-based or willing to work on-site 5 days per week.
