The Active Directory Systems Administrator will provide perform Windows Active Directory/Exchange Management
Education and Experience:
(Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree
2 to 3 Years of experience
Security CE (or appropriate DoDM 8570 Baseline Certification)
IAT Level II certification is required before start
Public Trust Clearance – Tier 3
Responsibilities:
Perform Active Directory and Exchange systems account creation and modification to user accounts (currently 1,500 existing user accounts) to include; roaming profile management, data management, storage space, folder permissions, and network copier, printer, and scanner configuration.
Perform maintenance via remote desktop to include, but not limited to the following tasks: create, modify and delete accounts in Active Directory; create, modify and delete security and distribution groups; create, modify, delete groups and mailbox management in Exchange.
Perform Print Server management by creating, modifying and deleting TCP/IP ports and printers and install drivers.
Instruct and train users, for example, over-the-shoulder, on application usage.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and facilitate planning and demonstrations
Ability to track, manage, and ensure projects tasks are completed in a timely manner
Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
Knowledge of Windows Exchange Server
Knowledge of Printer TCP/IP ports and rivers
Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
Knowledge of MS Office 365
Technical Knowledge
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Environment (DHCP, DNS, Print, File Server)
Experience with MS Active Directory
Experience with MS Exchange Directory
Experience with ServiceNOW Ticketing/Global Service Center
Experience with patching & configuration (Remedies & Policies)
Clearance/Citizenship:
Public Trust Tier-3
Must be US Citizen
Travel Requirements: This position will involve less than 10% travel
