Education

• (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience

• 5 Years of project management experience in leading and managing website build-outs in various content management platforms
• 5 Years of experience using various content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, SharePoint, WIX, and WordPress.
• 5 Years of experience using website analytics tools
• 3 Years experience leading code development teams using agile, scrum, and/or waterfall development methodologies
• 3 Years experience in delivering content and content migrations
• 3 Years experience in delivering website prototyping, mockups, flowcharts, sitemaps, and UX designs

Knowledge

• Understanding of development methodologies including agile, hybrid agile, scrum, and waterfall
• Great communication skills and able to communicate effectively to team members and stakeholders
• Understanding of how to deliver a website build-outs from design to go-live
• Understanding of SEO optimization
• Understanding of content lifecycle management
• Understanding of 508 compliance, ADA compliance, and WCAG compliance
• Understanding of the how to create standard operating procedures for modules and web components, and break/fix.
• Understanding of website front-end and back-end development technologies and code technologies.
