Accounts Receviable

Global Environmental & Industrial Response, LLC a fast-paced company located in Mulberry is now hiring for the position of Accounts Receivable. Applicants must have significant work experience in Accounts Receivable and will focus on generating and sending out invoices to customers.

Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities with specialization in hydro blasting and vacuum truck work. We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs and full-key turnaround services. We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites is collected, transported, and disposed of by local, state, and federal regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Generate invoices when jobs are completed.
• Maintain open invoice reports.
• Report to management daily on the status of open invoices.
• Post customer payments.
• Contact customers regarding the status of outstanding invoices.
• Assist as a backup in other administrative functions.
• Must have a positive, team player attitude toward co-workers as well as customers at all times. Conform with and abide by all company policies and work procedures.
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time, with or without notice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail and high transaction and invoice volume experience are necessary.
• Fast and accurate data processing and time management skills.
• Prior knowledge of Ariba and/or Fieldglass and others is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

PAY:

• $18 - $22 (Pay is commensurate with prior experience)

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
