Global Environmental & Industrial Response (GEIR) is currently hiring a Project Manager. This position is responsible for the management of client projects.

Global provides heavy industrial cleaning services to utilities, phosphate/ mining, chemical plants, pulp & paper, and manufacturing facilities, with specialization in hydro blasting and vacuum truck work. We provide customized solutions for sulfuric acid facilities, including preventative maintenance and repairs, and full turn-key turnaround services. We also offer a variety of waste processing and handling services to ensure that waste generated from client sites is collected, transported, and disposed of per local, state, and federal regulations.
Job Description:
- Manage environmental/industrial projects (cost estimates, budget spreadsheet, subcontractors, etc.) while collaborating with internal and external clients.
- Responsible for interfacing with the customer to ensure all requirements are met / customer satisfaction.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Work with vendors/suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery dates.
- Coordinate with the operations manager on work schedules/manpower needs.
- Work with the team to complete assigned tasks.
- Develop project progress status reports.
- Identify work hazards and develop safety execution plans.
- Administer contracts and change orders.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
- Work closely with managers and departments to coordinate & communicate relevant project information to the team.
- Prepare daily job packs.
- Assist with scheduling deadlines and maintaining project deliverables schedules for multiple projects.
- Maintaining project folders and ensuring document/record transfer information is transferred into the project software
- Follow GEIR safety standards.
- Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 2-5 years of experience
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling software, etc.)
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and assignments.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to interface with employees at all levels of the company.
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
