Position Description
Position Title: Customer Service Sales Executive
Global Electronic Testing Services, LLC (GETS) is a global market leader of electronic component testing services primarily for the Defense and Aerospace industries. Due to recent company growth we are looking to expand our inside Sales team at our Headquarters in Odessa, Florida, and are excited to share our current opportunities for Customer Service Sales Executives.

Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the services available for our customers
- Provide quotations for requested testing requirements in a timely manner
- Processing Sales and Purchase orders
- Coordinating with the Production team on the progress of customers orders
- Proactively communicate the status of orders with customers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts as allocated
- Ensure and maintain that department targets and KPI’s are achieved
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confident telephone manner
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel
- Ability to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Build positive and effective relationships, and proactively communicate the status of orders with customers
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the customer service and sales team
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
- Reliable and flexible
- Punctual, presentable, good attendance expected
- Desire to participate in training and professional development to put new skills to use

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Previous Receiving experience is a plus. Should have good communication and organizational skills. Must have computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs. Must have basic math skills and aptitude.
Contacts: Position involves contacts with individuals inside the company regarding any questions on discrepancies found with test parts and Receiving documentation. May have contact with customers in order to provide information on receiving discrepancies and issues.
