What does your typical day look like?
- Greet all clients, visitors, contractors and guests arriving on site;
- Logging all visitors and escorting contractors as required;
- Ensure that the reception area is properly staffed and provides a professional looking environment;
- Coordinate basic ergonomic accessories (riser, footrest, mouse pad) for the employees when requested;
- Create, print & distribute Windsor Employee Photo ID's and upload Photo ID's to Active Directory;
- Create, add/remove Windsor employee building access and coordinate access card inventory (distribute, collect & ensure secure inventory);
- Assist operational teams as required (order food, flowers, gifts for events, funerals, weddings…);
- Participate in the organization of special activities and group lunch requests including set up and cleanup;
- Inspect and ensure grounds and buildings are safe, clean and functional;
- Back up to Facilities Manager in his/her absence;
- Generate various reports as required.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- A college diploma or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar function;
- Excellent Communication Skills - English (oral and written);
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio);
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Ability to adapt to on-going change in a fast paced, customer focused environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations;
- Knowledge of fire code, building codes, and other applicable regulations, would be an asset;
- Physical effort may include moderate amounts of walking and lifting.
