What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Content Coordinator position at Global Experience Specialists?
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently or in a team setting
- Provide guidance and assistance to Clients Services on navigational, user interface, brandstrategy, and visual design elements of inline ordering sites
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
- Possesses strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign CS4 and all Windows - basedapplications. Able to comfortably navigate through the Internet and Web based applications
- Configures online ordering sites per National procedures
- Maintains a kit status log via The Kit Workflow management tool
- Assists other Technical Content Coordinators as needed
- Designs and produces standard and custom order forms and other forms for online ordering sites
- Maintains proficiency in all aspects of online ordering site production
- Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction ofthe Sr. Manager
