About This Opportunity
Global Finishing Solutions is seeking a strategic and tactical leader to oversee the field support team. The Field Support Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to Supervisors and team members within all field services functional groups. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working cross functionally at all levels within an organization and have a track record of driving quality and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
- Define and implement metrics and processes for all functions within the Customer Service Department; Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects that achieve corporate quality objectives
- Oversee the development and maintenance of service standards, training systems, processes, and best practices that ensure efficient delivery of responsive and effective customer support
- Manage job responsibilities and performance of all team members engaged in Customer Service Department activities; specific duties include performance reviews, team motivation and discipline, scheduling of resources, and maintaining balanced workloads while managing within budget constraints
- Ensure the integrity of customer data and administrative processes within the company's CRM or other customer service management software systems
- Assist Leadership in developing short-term tactical action plans that align with business unit strategic initiatives and long-term company objectives
- Define, hire, and manage the resources necessary for the execution of customer service programs that support Service and Preventative Maintenance Agreements and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA's) when applicable
