- This role is a full time 6-month temporary position with potential to become a permanent position. **
- Coordinate training program execution and logistics with internal groups and external facilitators, subject matter experts, and vendors.
- Utilize, set-up, and carry out training using our learning management system and act as an administrative user of the system. Maintain LMS user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Serve as the Administrator of the Human Resource and Safety SharePoint sites by ensuring that processes and procedures are maintained and up to date.
- Assist with the support, maintenance, and updating of the current HRMS system to include training, payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance development, and personnel information.
- Assist with the daily administrative duties within the Human Resources department.
- Conduct safety orientation and assist in updating written safety plans, safety policies and/or training programs.
- Assist Project Management department with badge requirements for site access
- Associate degree with 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and internal customers
- Possess a self-starter, driven individual mindset.
