About This Opportunity
The Preventative Maintenance Crew Lead respond to the needs of GFS customers by performing duties related to preventative maintenance of paint booths and related equipment. In this role, you will work alongside a team and be responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of the team.

What You Will Do
- Clean and change filters in paint operations area (paint booths, prep stations, mix room, fixture change outs, etc.)
- Work in confined spaces to remove pain build up from paint booths & tunnel
- Perform general maintenance type duties as needed.
- Operate electrical hand tools, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment
- Perform electrical and mechanical inspections on equipment
- Understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices
- Provide phone and in-person job site support for install and start-up purposes for customer service and project management groups
- Communicate in a positive manner with internal departments and external customers to resolve safety issues while performing preventive maintenance.
- Apply mentoring skills to junior team members
