What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exchange Student Coordinator position at Global Friendships?
Global Friendships is seeking individuals, 25 and over, in the Middletown, DE area who are outgoing, responsible and capable of contacting local organizations, service clubs, schools and churches in order to locate host families for 16 students from Spain (ages 14-17) who will be visiting the area for 28 days during the month of July. The purpose of their stay is to live with an American host family for a cultural exchange. Can you imagine working at a job where you will meet people in your community that will enhance and broaden your circle of friends? That's one of the things that happens when you become a student exchange coordinator.
Host families come from various walks of life , the possibilities are families with small children, single parents, young couples, older couples, couples with no children and yes even families where both adults work. Training Session will be held where you will be introduced to the other coordinators in the MD/DE area, some of whom have been with Global Friendships for 8-10 years.
Another thought: wouldn't you like to earn extra cash??? Maybe pay off those credit cards, make those home improvements, or take that vacation you've been dreaming about.
