Job Summary:

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in handling overdue accounts. You’ll work closely with individuals via phone, email, and text communication to resolve remittance issues promptly and ensure timely collection. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients, finding ways to collect payments, and minimizing bad debt.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with individuals to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Process payments and addressing billing inquiries.
- Update client database to accurately track ongoing activities.
- Review and research delinquent business accounts to identify outstanding accounts and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Recommend and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in collections management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your collection skills.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to handle challenging cases.
- Provide administrative support for legal tasks as needed
