Description
- Cleaning and washing of dishes, cutting boards and all glassware and silverware.
- Maintains clean glass racks and is responsible for their storage.
- Duties may include the removal of garbage, cleaning of containers and floors as directed by the Chef.
- Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by the Chef
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
- Must be able to obtain Oklahoma Racing License
