Description
General Definition: The F&B Supervisor works closely with the onsite leadership to provide assistance and guidance to team members during onsite events and formal dining experiences.
Supervision Received: Food and Beverage Manager
Supervision Exercised: N/A
Essential Job Functions:
Resolves customer inquiries and concerns about service and scheduling.
Follows all dining room operating procedures, safety and sanitation regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
Partner with F&B Manager in supervising all aspects of the dining process.
Supervise front of house operations in casino restaurants and food outlets.
Train service staff on effective and friendly guest service techniques including policies and procedures related to Food & Beverage controls, service sequence and service standards.
Enforce policies and procedures related to Food & Beverage controls, service sequence and service standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of all front of house and dining areas.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of attendance variance reports, customer issues and shift reports.
Show our guests we appreciate and value them by providing the best customer service so they keep coming back.
Actively participate in departmental and company training programs as required.
At times based on business needs, may prepare, cook, and serve food.
Use the Point of Sale to place and cash out orders.
Maintain congruence among workers and resolves grievances.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
