Global Glove and Safety Manufacturing is located in Ramsey, Minnesota and is one of the leading glove and safety wear manufacturers in the United States and Mexico. Global Glove imports industrial work gloves, high-visibility safety wear, and Bullhead Safety eyewear; selling through authorized distributors/wholesalers in North, Central and South America and Mexico.
Summary/Objective
Global Glove and Safety is seeking an individual with high energy and a can-do attitude. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external communications. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral while gaining in-depth knowledge of company products. Entering customer orders requires accuracy and attention to detail with a positive attitude and effectively working with team members.
Essential Functions
The ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner. Listen carefully and assist with problem resolution. Some of the basic tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Answering multi-line phone system, with great customer service
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- Processing customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures
- Resolving customer complaints and/or concerns via phone, e-mail or face-to-face; communicating them with management to ensure a resolution to the issue
- Updating and maintaining customer accounts
- Providing accurate customer pricing and account information
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Recording details of inquiries and comments for each customer
- Bringing originality to processes and helping encourage daily functions of all staff
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma (GED)
- Associates Degree preferred but not required
Minimum Experience
- 2 years of Customer Service preferred but not required

Pay Rate
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour - Dependent Upon Qualifications

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
