Responsibilities:
- Drive between locations.
- Develop store-level leadership to build an engaged, brand-consistent team with a well-trained talent pipeline for succession planning.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH STORE-LEVEL LEADERSHIP TO SERVE AS A LIAISON AND EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE NEEDS.
- Conduct efficient operations and continuously improve profit margin.
- Lead by example as a self-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering results through maximizing long-term sales growth.
- Manage and create sustainable business relationships with suppliers to ensure maximum product and vendor productivity.
- Create a community-involved team culture.
- Achieve and communicate required P&L numbers for store locations.
- Analyze reports and resources to identify opportunities and ensure correct operational procedures are followed.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
- Proven success leading multi-unit retail sites in the convenience store industry.
- Must have food service experience.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
